What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Catch O-SEA-D charges flat rate shipping of $8 for all orders.
Orders over $99 ship free!
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
O-SEA-D accepts all major credit cards! We use the PayPal processing systems for all payments. If you don’t have a PayPal account NO WORRIES you can still check out using the PayPal system without a PayPal account. This keeps all your payment information safe and secure.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery can take 7-10 days after the order is processed, however most orders are delivered in 2-3 days after processing.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email outlining your purchase. Once your order has shipped you will also be sent a tracking number so you can check delivery times.
Do I receive a receipt for my order?
Yes! Receipts are sent by email and all your orders can be viewed anytime by logging in to your Catch O-SEA-D account.
